Founded in 1987 in the Italian Alps, MET designs and manufactures every helmet at their own factory, a level of vertical integration that shows up in the engineering. Virginia Tech has rated multiple MET helmets at five stars for impact protection, the highest score available, and the flagship Trenta 3K Carbon was developed in direct collaboration with UAE Team Emirates.
